1.be popular in +地點，表 在。。。地方流行，如 this song is popular in china.
如果要表示，受某人歡迎，用 be popular with/among sb 如:
pop music is popular among the young.
2.應該是筆誤了 on a hot afternoon ,不要 of
3.the window in the wall 是乙個短語吧，不是乙個句子，但可以變成乙個句子，如 the window in the wall is open
樓主當時記筆記的時候可能是想強調 window 和wall之間應該用介詞 in,所以才這麼寫的
4.learn to do sth 學做某事

1.be popular in/to+名詞（在……中很受歡迎用to，在某地很流行用in），如：很受兒童歡迎用：
be popular to children.在中國很流行：be popular in china.
2、應該沒有這中用法，on是介詞，後面應該用名詞，of也是介詞，前邊也應該用名詞，而hot是形容詞。3、如果in the wall 是window的表語就用is.如果是定語就不用，具體看其在句子裡的成份。
