前兩位的回答都有個很明顯的錯誤：「9」的基數詞是「nine」，序數詞「第九」應該是「版nine」去掉「權e」再加「th」，即「ninth」
英語中期通常以月、日、年為順序，月份可以縮寫，日和年用逗號隔開。例如：在2023年9月9日應該是：on september 9, 2009或者on sept. 9, 2009
讀作：on september the ninth, twenty o nine或者on twenty hundred and nine

英文日期分英式和美式,舉例如下:
1) 8th march,2004 或8 march,2004（英式）
2) march 8th,2004 或march 8,2004 （美式）
日期寫法宜遵從下列規則：
1)年份必須完全寫明，不可用"04代替2004;
2)月份必須用英文拼出或採用公認的簡寫
january(jan.),february(feb.),march(mar.
),april(apr.),may,june,july,august (aug.),september
(sept.),october(oct.),november(nov.),december(dec.);
3)日期可用序數詞，如：1st,2nd,3rd,4th,...；也可用基數詞，如：1，2，3，4，...。但美式大多採用後者；
4)在年份和月日之間必須用逗號隔開；
5)日期不可全部採用如7.12.2003或7/12/2003的阿拉伯數字書寫，否則會引起誤解。

一、年份
關於四位數年份的讀法有下列幾種情形：
1、一般情況下，將表示年份的四個數字按前後分為兩組，每一組的數字都按基數詞來讀。例如：

2、如果前兩個數字為非「零」數字，後兩位數分別為「零」，則先讀出前兩位數，然後將後面的兩個「零」讀為 hundred。例如：
